Refunds

You may cancel, return and receive a refund for your purchase of the Calibre device purchased on our website only if you initiate the return within 30 days following the delivery date, as documented by your receipt or other proof of purchase. The device must be returned to Calibre in the same condition that you received it, including all materials that came in the packaging (facepiece, module, charging cable, both complete strap assemblies, and carry bag).

To initiate a return, please notify us by email at info@calibrebio.com within the 30-day window. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status and issue your refund as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@calibrebio.com so we can resolve the issue.
