    US and Canada

    • We use USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
    • Promotional free shipping may be offered temporarily in the Continental USA and Canada
    • Shipping surcharge may apply in Hawaii and Alaska.
    • At present we do not offer online ordering for Puerto Rico, Guam, and other offshore US Territories. 
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for ordinary delivery once your order has been shipped.
    • Calibre reserves the right to decline purchases that are deemed adversarial, deceptive or otherwise in violation of our policies.
    • For our Canadian customers: Due to recent changes in international trade regulations, your order may be subject to additional charges such as VAT, customs duties, and import taxes. These fees are set by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • The shipping rate will vary based on your postal code and country.

    • Calibre does not cover VAT, customs, or import taxes. Please ensure that you perform your own due diligence in paying these charges upon receiving your package.
